• All vehicle shall be on point to point basis .(Not on Disposal basis)
• Nathula permit, Zero Point Always Optional tour and will be at extra cost for Sikkim Trip
• Rohtang pass is subject to availability of permit and issue by Himachal tourism it will be Extra charge.
• Any Adventure Activity such as mountaineering, trekking, bungee jumping, mountain biking, cycling, canoeing, scuba diving, rafting, kayaking, zip-lining, paragliding, hiking, exploring, canyoneering, sandboarding, caving and rock climbing always Optional & Extra cost and direct payment basis at the point.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot)
• Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
• Ac shall not be used in Hilly Area
• Booking will be conformed only after receiving an advance amount.
• Price quoted is valid for 15 Days only
• After booking confirmation if guest want any change in itinerary and Hotel. Price will be change accordingly as per hotel tariff and vehicle charge.
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land
arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are non-refundable it will be exchangeable as per the situations.
• Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on.
• In case of Land slide or any other reason we will provided alternate sightseeing.
• Only One extra mattress is allowed in one room

• The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening.
• Room Heater available with an extra cost Bourne by the guest directly (Except at Premium+, Premium & Luxury categories).
• Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.
• A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
• 5. For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.

• BOOKING JOURNEY DATE MORE THAN 60 DAYS : 35% OF PACKAGE COST
• BOOKING JOURNEY DATE MORE THAN 30 DAYS : 50% OF PACKAGE COST
• BOOKING 20-30 DAYS BEFORE JOURNEY DATE : 75% OF PACKAGE COST.
• BOOKING 10-19 DAYS BEFORE JOURNEY DATE : 100% OF PACKAGE COST
If the passenger wants to cancel the tour he shall have to make a written application to our office by mail,

• CANCELLING 20 DAYS BEFORE JOURNEY DATE : 20% OF PACKAGE COST
• CANCELLING 14 DAYS BEFORE JOURNEY DATE : 50% OF PACKAGE COST.
• CANCELLING 7 DAYS BEFORE JOURNEY DATE : 100% OF PACKAGE COST
